My purpose is to elevate your health, wellness, and overall well-being by enriching the integrated relationship between your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual pathways.

Mission:

My mission is to help you live in a creative flow without the need for constant pushing or hustling. We offer intuitive movement, mindful meditation, energy healing, breath work, sustainable eating, and living practices in harmony with Mother Nature. By incorporating these essential elements into your daily life, you'll find greater balance.

Vision:

My vision is to create a thriving and authentic community of like-minded women who honor their lives and bodies. At the heart of Body Wisdom Naturally is compassion and service. We aim to foster authenticity and a remembrance of your true self, beyond what has happened to you.

Vera Torbolov is a highly experienced Pilates Practitioner Director and Founder with over 23 years of experience running Pilates Naturally Movement Studio. Her expertise within the flied of mind and body encompasses a range of disciplines including breath work, connective tissue therapy, reiki and meditation.

As a Pilates Professional, Vera has helped countless clients to improve their physical, health and wellbeing through mindful movement. Pilates is known for its focus on strengthening the core muscles of the body, improving flexibility and posture, and reducing the risk of injury.

In addition to her work as a Pilates Practitioner Vera is also a skilled breath-worker, Vera helps her clients to develop a deeper awareness of their breath and it’s impact on their physical and emotional wellbeing. Through breath work, Vera teaches her clients to regulate their breathing, mange stress and anxiety, and improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Vera’s expertise in connective tissue therapy further enhances her ability to help clients achieve optimal wellness. Overall this method is a gentle and effective form of self-care that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine to promote a greater sense of health and a deeper connection to one’s body. “Intelligent Movement”

Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of practicing various movement and traditional healing modalities. I have had the opportunity to learn from gifted and talented teachers, mentors, and guides across different locations, including America, New Zealand, Singapore, and my beloved home, Australia.

These experiences have enriched my understanding and expertise in movement and healing. They have shaped my approach and allowed me to integrate diverse perspectives into my practice. I am deeply grateful for the wisdom and knowledge imparted by these incredible individuals, who have contributed to my growth and development.

By drawing upon this wealth of experience, I am able to bring a unique and well-rounded approach to my work and life's mission. I continue to expand my knowledge and explore new avenues, remaining committed to lifelong learning and evolution. My work and life’s journey has let me practice movement and many other traditional healing modalities over the many years with some gifted and talented Teachers, Mentors and Guides throughout America, New Zealand, Singapore and of cause my home/country Australia.

Body Wisdom Healing with Vera is a heartfelt gift to you. It represents my life's work, integrating various practices into something truly special for each individual. Just like you, I am forever a student, always learning, exploring, seeking, and evolving.
