Pilates Mat Classes offers a variety of functional movements in these classes our focus is on controlled movements that engages the mind, body and breath connection. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance. Our emphasis is on alignment and core control as well as improving coordination, stability, balance and posture. We also add The MELT Method to all our Mat Classes – The 4R’s of MELT are Rehydrate, Reconnect, Rebalance and Release your connective tissue.
PILATES REFORMER GROUP – 12 Week Block (12 sessions) – $460.00
Max 8 clients.
9.30am & 10.45am Friday Reformer Group – ONLY runs in School Term Blocks. This is for mothers who have children attending school.
Pilates Allegro Reformer will challenge you in every way possible, teaching you good body flow, dynamic movements, coordination, stability, balance, strength, mobility and alignment. There is a very strong emphasis on toning your legs, booty, arms and stomach. This is the ultimate Pilates experience.

Initial Consultation 70 Minutes – $140.00
An Initial Consultation is important to assess your physical condition and allow us to understand all your health issues, fitness needs, emotional needs and to set some good goals. The initial Consultation also gives you the individual attention needed to learn how to correctly engage muscle groups you will learn how to erase stuck stress living in your body we will guide you through The Pilates Foundation Series and The MELT Method with one-on-one guidance for optimal results.
Personal Training & Rehabilitation Sessions
Being personally supervised at least once a week is an invaluable experience, increasing your depth of understanding and inspiring you to reach greater levels of fitness, health and vitality.
We work closely together with Doctors, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Massage Therapist, Naturopaths and other allied professionals in and around our local area.
In these Private Sessions we will introduce you to all our Pilates equipment, Power-Plate, The Melt Method and Meditation.
30 min Get in Get Out Workout (5x Week Block) – $350.00
45 min Workout (5x Week Block) – $475.00
60 min Workout (5x Week Block) – $625.00

TERMS & CONDITIONS: It is up to each client to read the Terms & Conditions. Should you not return all relevant enrolment forms or if you have failed to sign this form, you are still accountable and we will hold you to the Terms & Conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: All Group and Private Sessions must be pre-booked and pre-paid and are non-refundable. We require 24 hours notice to reschedule a group class due to small numbers.
PLEASE NOTE: All Packages/Terms/Blocks have an expiry date. You must complete your Group Classes & Private Sessions within this time frame. Please note: We do not carry any Group Classes or Private Sessions past the expiry date.
ALL GROUP & PRIVATE SESSIONS/BLOCKS/TERMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We cannot accept responsibility for any changes in personal circumstances or issues so please keep this in mind (e.g. work commitments, holidays, traffic conditions, sickness, accidents and any other personal issues, etc).
CANCELLATIONS: This studio has a very strict 24 hours notice of cancellation policy for All Group Classes & Private Sessions. As a courtesy, please notify Vera Torbolov by SMS on 0410469107. Full fees will be automatically deducted from your Package/Term/Block for late cancellations.
PILATES CATCH-UP POLICY FOR GROUP CLASSES:
You are allowed to do a catch up class due to unforeseen circumstances. However, there are limitations and regulations to enable us to offer this special opportunity to you. We highly recommend you do not leave your catch-up class until the very last week or the Block/Term. Please try to reschedule your class within the same week; this will help you to maintain your fitness level and health.
Please be considerate of the fact that the Catch-up Class Policy is in place to assist in an emergency situation only. Abuse of this system affects everyone’s chances to use it when they really need to. Should you schedule a catch-up class and NOT attend this class, we cannot allocate another class for you.
