The Power-Plate works by transferring vibrations to the muscles in the body causing them to contract in a reflex action. Different parts of the body are put in contact with the platform in various exercise positions ranging from squats, lunges push-ups to abdominal crunches, triceps dips or bicep curls. A pose is held for just 30 seconds at a time activating multiple muscle groups simultaneously to stretch tone or strengthen.

By assuming various positions on the Power-Plate, you can stimulate different muscle groups far more effectively than standard resistance training.

POWER-PLATE BOSU CARDIO CIRCUIT TRAINING

Power Plate Cardio Circuit is a 60-minute total body workout. We will have you in shape and looking good in no time. Not for the faint hearted. Obesity and weight loss are directly influenced through Power Plate Therapy. This vibration training develops leaner muscle tissue as it increases the metabolic rate resulting in a higher caloric burn. In combination with lymphatic drainage and increased blood circulation, fat reduction is considerable and effective you will also bounce your way to good health. Bring it on!

We will be using our weight vests in term 2 & 3 to give your exercise and training the extra boost that it needs to burn more calories faster and safer. Plus we have added the WUNDER CHAIR to this class. Your workout will be more productive and you can burn up to 70% more calories in the same amount of time. That means burning more excess FAT and your Cellulite will start to disappear.
